Ordering 

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation on your email address. Your order will be packaged and sent out as soon as possible.  If there are any errors in the order confirmation, kindly contact us immediately at info@lavinue.com. 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Belgium,Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom.

Please be aware that customs fees may apply to orders shipped outside of Norway. 

Delivery

The estimated delivery time is 2-7 days. Once the product is packed and shipped, you will receive the tracking number for your delivery. In cases of high demand, packing may take 2-3 days before shipment (not including weekends). Shipping costs is 79 NOK Posten. DHL express shipping is calculated at checkout depending on your location. No customs for Norwegian shoppers. 

What happens if I do not collect my parcel?

Customs, Duties & Refused Shipments

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs clearance fees determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

By placing an international order, the customer agrees to pay any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees required for the shipment to be delivered.

If a shipment is refused, rejected, or not collected by the customer for any reason (including refusal to pay customs charges), the shipment will be returned to us by the carrier.

In such cases, the refund will be processed only after the package has been returned to us. The following costs will be deducted from the refund:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs
  • Any non-refundable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees
  • Any handling or administrative fees charged by the carrier

If the total costs associated with the refused shipment exceed the order value, the customer will not be entitled to any refund. Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges may receive a partial refund only.
